Welcome back fight fans! We break from the futuristic existential angst, go to the age-old battle of Clone v. Original, Transcendent Hero v. Catch-Up Rival, as master martial artist android Alita (a.k.a. Gally in her homeland) takes on the scrappy go-getter Sechs in a test of superiority! Our hero Alita has come a long way, both physically and spiritually, to reach this point. But don’t count out the up and comer Sechs, a copy of Alita who, in a true, grueling survival of the fittest, beat out all the other copies, and now has something to prove as she hopes to become the Original.
We see Sechs manage to land a critical blow to Alita:
Or is it?

That’s right, in a move so awesome that it nearly annihilates my mind to the point where I can only repeat what happens in the pages, Alita manages to snatch her own detached arm out of the air and beat the crap out of her opponent with it.
That’s it folks, shut off the lights, lock up for the night, I don’t think that can be beat.
Here’s hoping, though, that manager Yukito Kishiro ultimately has something great in store for our worthy competitor Sechs in the future, she’s got spunk and great potential.
